Two-way candle holder | Various
A small, two-way candle holder that can be used vertically to hold a dinner candle, or horizontally to hold a tea light or pillar candle. It looks great alone, or can be paired with the tall arch candle holder, into which fits snugly inside the arch.
The candle insert has a pin secured inside, which allows candles smaller than the 25mm maximum to be anchored safely. A small cork is supplied to protect fingers from the spike when not in use.
Made from a water-based composite material, that contains no solvents or VOCs making it a more environmentally friendly alternative to solvent based resins and concretes.
Available in a pale plaster pink, chore green, neutral stone or dark charcoal, every candle holder is handmade, making each unique (the photographed item is representative as each one will differ slightly). The moulds are made specifically for this product, and after the composite is poured and set, it is sanded and polished with five increasingly fine grades of sand paper, to achieve a smooth, tactile finish. The end result feels a lot like soapstone.
